OTHER
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The supplementary
professional services which are not included in the basic services but may be
provided by the associates consultants to supplement the advisory and basic
services or which may provided under a separate appointment shall be as
follows:
1. Surveys and Investigation of the site
2. Planning and Development Services of the project
3. Supplementary Design Services include
engineering, landscape, graphic,
signage, artwork and etc.
4. Financial advisory services such as
preparation of cost estimates, Schedule
of rate as and preparing final accounts
5. Project Management and Administration, which
services consist of preparing project
brief, appointing and coordinating all consultants,
contractors and suppliers and monitoring all the activities and elements relative to the project.
